We want you to feel confident investing in your growth with us. Please read our policy below – it applies to all products and services offered by Hand in Hand.
Consultations (1-on-1 calls)
We reserve dedicated time for each Consultation. Cancellations made at least 24 hours before your scheduled session are eligible for a full refund or reschedule at no charge.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the session, or no-shows, are non-refundable. In exceptional circumstances, please reach out, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.
Self-guided courses (on-demand digital courses)
If you’re not satisfied with a self-guided course, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase, provided you have accessed less than 20% of the course content.
Once substantial course content has been accessed, refunds are no longer available. This protects the integrity of our materials and the work of our educators.
Foundations Courses (cohort-based & live programs)
Foundations Courses often run on a set schedule. Refund requests submitted at least 7 days before the course start date may be eligible for a full refund.
Requests received less than 7 days before the start date are non-refundable, though we may offer a credit toward a future cohort where possible. Once a course has begun, no refunds will be issued.
Booklets (downloadable digital resources)
Due to the immediate-access nature of digital downloads, all booklet purchases are final and non-refundable. If you experience a technical issue accessing your purchase, contact us, and we’ll do our best to resolve it promptly.
Membership & Supporter Donations
You may cancel your free Hand in Hand Community membership and/or recurring donation at any time.
Changes to recurring donations, including cancellations, will take effect at the end of your current billing period.
We do not offer prorated refunds for partial billing periods. If you were charged in error or have a billing concern, please contact us within 7 days of the charge, and we’ll review your case.
All refund requests are reviewed individually. Hand in Hand reserves the right to decline requests that fall outside these guidelines or to approve exceptions at our discretion. We’ll always aim to find a fair resolution.
How to request a refund
Contact us and tell us the order details and the reason for the request. We respond to all refund requests within 2–3 business days. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date above.
